Tickets must be unused and not expired within 90 days of purchase. There are no refunds for partially used tickets. Ticket changes or modifications made through Walt Disney World directly (either through the MyDisneyExperience Application or in person by a Walt Disney World Team Member) will negate the ability to take any further action on the tickets. Once an external modification is completed through Disney, further questions or concerns regarding the order must be facilitated through Disney directly.
